Executive Board statement of responsibilities

The Executive Board, to the best of its knowledge, represents:

• that the financial statements give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and net income of Batenburg Beheer N.V. and the companies jointly included in the consolidation;
• that the annual report gives a true and fair view of the position on the balance sheet date, the business conducted during the financial year of Batenburg Beheer N.V. and the companies jointly included in the consolidation, and that the annual report discloses the material risks to which Batenburg Beheer N.V. is exposed.
