Events after the balance sheet date 

On 10 March 2009 subsidiary Van Dalen Installatietechniek acquired the shares of Installatie Bureau Meurs, a small scaled mechanical installation company located in Apeldoorn. It has annual revenues of approximately EUR 1 million. Meurs focuses on the non-residential building sector and has an extensive portfolio of service contracts.
