Related party transactions

Transactions between the company and its subsidiaries, which are related parties of the company, are eliminated on consolidation and not disclosed separately in this note.

Transactions between subsidiaries take place at arms length, but aren't material for the Group.

A disclosure of the remuneration of Executive board and Supervisory board is shown in the notes to the consolidated income statement. The members of the Executive board and Supervisory hold no interests in shares with voting rights in the Company.
